My thoughts

I gave this a 4 star or 8/10.  My thanks to the Publishers and NetGalley for the opportunity to read this in exchange for an honest review.

This is the first book by Tom Bale that I've read and it won't be the last.  I really enjoyed the writing style and subject matter of the story.  It's a gripping psychological thriller style book.

As the story progresses you find yourself trying to second guess what might have happened in the past to Rob Turner and if the current events are linked to the past or are they completely unrelated.

The Turner family appear to be a normal family, the children are grown up and things seem to be going well for them.  All that could be about to change as they are not aware that they are being watched and other people have a hidden agenda that involves them in their plans.

As this agenda comes to the fore the Turner family find themselves in a place that they'd rather not be, as they become the prey for the hunters.  Are the Turner family's worst nightmares about to come true?
