My thoughts
As a teen I read my fair share of these style of romances. I still don't mind the odd one now and again. They're pure escapsim and don't need much concentration, the perfect read when you've got things going on in your life to help you escape.
Telling the story of Briar Harcourt, who's living a lie. Sent away to escape an arranged marriage, she's living in hiding. When she's found by the son of the man she was set to marry, Prince Felipe realises that he wants her for himself and so the story begins ....
I enjoyed this story for what it was, a little bit of romance.
