My thoughts
Firstly, can I say that I'm sad this series has ended. Whilst I might not have felt as much for the 2nd and 3rd books, due to them being about other people as well as Cassie it's still been a very enjoyable series on the whole.
In this book we are introduced to another new character who appeared briefly in the second book, but she takes more of a centre stage part in this final book.
The book follows on nicely from S.E.C.R.E.T. Shared. As Will was made more aware of what Cassie was actually involved in and to what extent, he felt even more at a loss and called a halt to the relationship. He was disappointed and probably felt that his masculinity had been called into question.
Cassie is obviously heartbroken but the show must go on with the woprk scenario. Cassie throws herself into helping carry on with the renovations at work and devotes her spare time to S.E.C.R.E.T. again, helping their latest recruit Solange Faraday a well known TV reporter. As a new relationship develops between her and Jesse, she has feelings for him but she doesn't love him in the way that she does Will.
Will Cassie find the path to true love with Jesse or Will? How will the story end? The answer is go grab yourself a copy of this final book, but only after you have read the first two in this erotic trilogy.
The book is similar to the second in the series in so much as each chapter features Cassie and Solange alternately.
Solange has split from her husband and they share custody of their child between them. She still has plenty of contact with her ex but she has no signficant other in her life and is at a stage in her lfe were she needs to rediscover herself. As the book progresses we find out how Solange begins to discover herself again and how what she actually does want might be nearer than what she at first thought.
With various erotic escapades for both Cassie and Solange, this might not be the ideal read for everyone but I enjoyed it and read it within a day. It's well written and I definitely cared about what happened to the characters.
