This was a free book that I received via Amazon. This is the first in the Rogues to Riches historical romance series by Erica Ridley.
Telling the story of Charlotte Devon a young lady with a slightly dubious reputation for one reason and another. Whose path crosses with Anthony Fairfax, a young rake of dubious means with a series of debts. As their paths cross these two strangers they find themselves accidentally married to one another.
Will their pasts catch up with them and how will they deal with what the future has in store for them?
I quite enjoyed this historical romance, it was perfect escapism for several hours as I read it and immersed myself in their lives.
