My thoughts

My thanks to the Author via TBConFB for a copy of this in exchange for an honest review. Originally I gave this a 4 star, however on reflection I have decided to change that to a 4.5 star or 9/10.

This is the first book that I`ve read by Tracie Delaney and if her other work is as good, then I`ve a treat in store when I get the chance to read the rest.

Livvy Hayes's life entered a dark time two years ago when tragedy struck. A chance meeting one day with Gabe Mitchell, sets off a chain of events that sees Gabe trying to help turn Livvy's life around.
As Gabe takes on the challenge of trying to make life brighter for Livvy, they begin to learn that perhaps they both have secrets and both are in a similar situation in their lives.

Can Gabe and Livvy heal one another or will fate destroy them both?

I really enjoyed the writing style, the rollercoaster relationship between Livvy and Gabe was a joy to read and you almost felt as if you were going through the experiences with them. Whilst, there are a few raunchy passages they are handled very well and are in no way gratuitous they add to the story.

Please have tissues to hand when reading this, as you're bound to need them as I'm sure that the story will affect you in much the same way that it did me. You'll have moments of happiness and moments of sadness, this is a well written romance that'll take you on a journey that you'll be glad you went on.
