I'm more than pleased to have been accepted this year to hand out copies of The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas by John Boyne.
I've taken part every year and have given out some great books over the years. I just hope that the recipients have enjoyed the books that they've been given.
Bruno returns home from school one day, he discovers that his belongings
are being packed in crates. His father has received a promotion and the
family must move from their home to a new house far far away, where
there is no one to play with and nothing to do. A tall fence running

This is a keeper of mine and it's a great thought provoking story. Well written and I bet you shed an odd tear or two like I did.
The film version of it, isn't too bad either.
